Maison Trimbach's Gewurztraminer Réserve is a benchmark expression of one of Alsace's most flamboyant grape varieties, crafted with the family's signature restraint and precision. While Gewurztraminer is often associated with heavy, overly sweet profiles, Trimbach champions a dry, intensely structured style. The fruit is sourced from select, older vineyards around Ribeauvillé, where limestone-dominant soils impart a distinct mineral backbone to balance the grape's natural opulence. Historically, the Trimbach family has avoided malolactic fermentation for this cuvée, ensuring that the vibrant acidity remains intact to frame the exotic aromas of lychee, rose petal, and baking spice. Maison Trimbach blev grundlagt i 1626 i hjertet af det historiske Alsace og er gennem mere end tolv generationer blevet drevet af Trimbach-familien, som fra vinkældrene i Ribeauvillé har opbygget et enestående internationalt ry.
