Maison Trimbach's Muscat Réserve Personnelle is an exquisite, dry expression of a grape variety that has graced the vineyards of Alsace since the 16th century. While Muscat is frequently associated with sweet, fortified styles in southern Europe, Alsace vinifies it to be bone-dry, capturing the pure, crunchy essence of the fresh grape. The 'Réserve Personnelle' designation represents a rigorous selection of the finest parcels, typically grown on the warm, limestone-rich soils surrounding Ribeauvillé. Trimbach avoids malolactic fermentation to preserve the grape's pristine, high-toned acidity, resulting in a wine of remarkable tension, mineral depth, and aromatic brilliance that serves as a benchmark for dry Alsatian Muscat.

Maison Trimbach blev grundlagt i 1626 i hjertet af det historiske Alsace og er gennem mere end tolv generationer blevet drevet af Trimbach-familien, som fra vinkældrene i Ribeauvillé har opbygget et enestående internationalt ry.
