Historically, Pinot Gris in Alsace was referred to as 'Tokay d'Alsace,' a name steeped in legend involving 16th-century soldiers bringing vines back from Hungary, though it was actually Pinot Gris all along. Trimbach crafts this wine in their signature dry, structured style.
