Clos Ste Hune is a legendary 1.67-hectare monopole vineyard within the Rosacker Grand Cru in Hunawihr, held by the Trimbach family for over two hundred years. While Clos Ste Hune is globally renowned for its bone-dry, mineral-driven style, in exceptional years favored by botrytis, Trimbach crafts an incredibly rare Vendanges Tardives (late harvest). The 'Hors Choix' (meaning 'beyond choice') designation is reserved exclusively for the most extraordinary vintages where concentration, acidity, and noble rot reach mythical proportions. This rare nectar marries the intense, honeyed richness of late-harvest fruit with the razor-sharp, limestone-driven acidity and deep petrol-mineral complexity that defines this sacred plot of land.
