Trivento's Reserve Malbec is a vibrant tribute to the dramatic terroir of Mendoza, shaped by the legendary three winds that sweep through the foothills of the Andes: the icy Polar, the fierce and warming Zonda, and the humid Sudestada. Grown in high-altitude vineyards where intense sunlight thickens the grape skins and cool night temperatures preserve natural acidity, this estate-grown Malbec captures the quintessential spirit of Argentine winemaking. After careful harvesting, the wine undergoes a traditional fermentation followed by approximately six months of aging in French oak barrels. This gentle wood contact imparts delicate notes of vanilla and toasted coconut without overshadowing the wine's core of lush plum, dark cherry, and soft, velvety tannins.
