This unique multi-vintage cuvée is crafted exclusively from prestigious reserve years, selected for their complexity and freshness. The blend primarily features Pinot Noir for structure, complemented by Chardonnay for elegance and Meunier for roundness. Madame Clicquot, the 'Grande Dame of Champagne' who revolutionized the region with the invention of the riddling table, championed the use of reserve wines to ensure consistency. For this cuvée, the wines are aged on their lees in vats for several years before undergoing a second prolonged aging period in the bottle after disgorgement. With a very low dosage, this wine showcases a pure, mineral-driven expression of Champagne's chalky terroir, balanced by rich, autolytic notes of toasted brioche, ripe citrus, and candied fruits.
