In 1810, Madame Clicquot made history by creating the very first recorded vintage Champagne, a revolutionary concept in a region defined by multi-vintage blending. Today, the Veuve Clicquot Vintage—famously recognized by its distinctive 'Gold Label'—continues this legacy, declared only in years of exceptional harvest quality. Reflecting the house's signature style, the blend is anchored by a dominant proportion of Pinot Noir, which provides a robust structure, power, and vinous depth. This is elegantly balanced by the finesse of Chardonnay and the round fruitiness of Pinot Meunier.
