Madame Clicquot herself was a pioneer in customizing sweetness levels for different global tastes. This modern iteration is crafted specifically for mixology, featuring a higher dosage of around 60 grams per liter. The blend is anchored by Pinot Noir, which provides the signature Veuve Clicquot structure, complemented by a high proportion of Meunier for fresh, round, and fruity notes, and Chardonnay for brightness.
