Veuve Clicquot Rich Rose is a contemporary homage to the historical sweet Champagnes favored by nineteenth-century courts, where drinkers famously customized their wines. Created specifically for mixology and modern enjoyment, this innovative cuvee is crafted with a high dosage of around 60 grams per liter to enhance the natural fruit flavors when served over ice. The blend is anchored by Pinot Noir, which provides the signature Veuve Clicquot structure, complemented by a significant proportion of Meunier to emphasize fresh, gourmand red fruit notes, and Chardonnay for brightness. A selection of still red wines is blended in to achieve its vibrant copper-pink hue and rich berry character.
