Madame Clicquot revolutionized Champagne production by inventing the riddling table to clarify the wine and creating the first blended Rosé. The Yellow Label, trademarked in 1877, is a masterclass in blending consistency, dominated by Pinot Noir (50-55%) for structure, balanced by Chardonnay (28-33%) for elegance, and Meunier (15-20%) for fruitiness.
