Perched like a white citadel on the rolling hills overlooking the Casablanca Valley along Ruta 68, Viña Indómita was established in 1988 and integrated into the Chilean business conglomerate Grupo Bethia in 2006. The estate's Casablanca vineyards thrive within a maritime-influenced Mediterranean microclimate, cooled by dense Pacific morning fogs and briny afternoon winds known as the Camanchaca. Grown on decomposed granitic and alluvial soils with low fertility, the vines develop concentrated fruit with striking natural acidity and tension. In the winery, the philosophy emphasizes temperature-controlled stainless steel vinification for white varieties, ensuring crystalline varietal purity, aromatic definition, and brisk mineral freshness. Beyond its red holdings in the warmer Maipo Valley, Indómita is recognized for its cool-climate white wine programs, benchmarked by the Art Nostros Gran Reserva, Duette, and Late Harvest cuvées, which showcase Casablanca's signature crisp citrus, floral, and herbaceous complexity.
