Weingut Tement’s Ried Sulz Morillon is a masterful expression of this variety, sourced from the Erste Lage Ried Sulz vineyard. This south-facing amphitheater features a unique, warm microclimate and deep, calcareous marl soils locally known as 'Opok.' These heavy soils impart a profound, savory depth and intense saline minerality to the wine.
