Weingut Tement's Steirische Klassik Welschriesling is a beautiful homage to this heritage. Sourced from steep, high-altitude vineyards characterized by weathered shell limestone and sandy loam soils, this wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and rests on its fine lees. The result is an incredibly vibrant, mineral-driven expression of the grape, capturing the cool alpine breezes of the Steiermark with notes of crisp green apple, fresh meadow herbs, and a signature wet-stone minerality.
