Seeking to revolutionize the Australian wine landscape, Blass championed a style of wine that was approachable, soft, and ready to drink upon release, contrasting the highly tannic reds of the era. Sourced from selected vineyards across South Australia's premier regions, including Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale, this wine benefits from warm, sunny days and cooling maritime breezes that foster optimal ripening. It is traditionally fermented in stainless steel before undergoing maturation with a combination of French and American oak, resulting in a smooth, fruit-forward profile with subtle oak complexity and a touch of spice.

Wolf Blass blev grundlagt i 1966 af den tyskfødte vinmager Wolfgang Blass.
