✨ wine.spec_sheet

Wolfberger, established in 1902 in the historic village of Eguisheim, is one of the oldest and most prestigious wine cooperatives in Alsace, France. While celebrated for its exceptional Alsace wines, Wolfberger also preserves the ancestral regional tradition of distilling fruit brandies, or Eaux-de-Vie. The Poire Williams is crafted from the highly aromatic Williams pear. To capture the absolute essence of the fruit, the pears are harvested at peak ripeness, fermented, and then distilled in traditional copper alembic stills. The resulting clear spirit is aged in neutral vessels to preserve its pristine, intense orchard-fruit perfume and clean, warming finish. This spirit represents a centuries-old Alsatian heritage of capturing the fleeting flavors of the harvest to enjoy year-round.
