Zonin's Cuvée 1821 Extra Dry is a celebration of history, named in honor of the year the Zonin family began their winemaking legacy in Gambellara, Veneto. Crafted from the Glera grape cultivated in the favored terroirs of the Prosecco DOC, this sparkling wine represents the quintessential Italian aperitivo culture. It is produced using the Charmat method, where secondary fermentation occurs in pressurized stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate, primary aromas of white peach, green apple, and wisteria blossoms. The 'Extra Dry' designation imparts a softly rounded, off-dry profile, beautifully balanced by a refreshing, crisp acidity and a fine, persistent mousse.
