Crafted by the historic Zonin family, whose winemaking legacy in the Veneto region dates back to 1821, the Winemaker's Collection Pinot Grigio represents the classic, refreshing style of northeastern Italy. Sourced from the Delle Venezie DOC—a territory shaped by the cool breezes of the Alps and the moderating influence of the Adriatic Sea—this wine is a pure expression of the Pinot Grigio grape. To preserve its delicate aromatic profile and vibrant acidity, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing and are fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, avoiding any oak contact. The result is a bright, straw-yellow wine brimming with aromas of fresh pear, green apple, and wild white flowers, underpinned by a clean, mineral finish that reflects the region's gravelly alluvial soils.
