Crafted in the traditional method, Albert Bichot's Brut Réserve is a sparkling testament to Burgundy's versatile terroir. While Burgundy is globally celebrated for its still wines, its history of sparkling wine production dates back to the early 19th century, culminating in the creation of the Crémant de Bourgogne AOC in 1975. Sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the region—blending the crisp minerality of northern Burgundy with the roundness and fruit of the south—this cuvée is aged on its lees for 12 to 20 months. This patient maturation imparts a delicate effervescence, a refined structure, and a beautiful complexity that honors the Bichot family's multi-generational winemaking heritage. It offers vibrant notes of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, underpinned by a subtle, yeasty brioche character.
