This historic medieval fortress, boasting seven grand towers dating back to the 13th century, lends its name to an elegant red wine crafted by the renowned house of Albert Bichot. Made entirely from the Gamay grape, this wine is a pure expression of its clay and limestone terroir. To preserve its vibrant fruit character and signature freshness, the grapes undergo traditional semi-carbonic maceration and aging in stainless steel vats.
