The 'secret' lies in its sourcing: rather than standard regional vineyards, Bichot selects grapes from prestigious plots located in renowned Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits appellations, including areas near Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Saint-Aubin. This 100% Chardonnay is vinified with the same meticulous care as village-level wines, utilizing a judicious blend of stainless steel tanks to preserve vibrant citrus and white flower aromas, alongside oak barrels for 8 to 12 months of aging to impart subtle notes of toasted brioche, hazelnut, and a beautifully rounded texture.
