Established in 1989 by the historic Allegrini family, the Corte Giara project was conceived to offer high-quality, modern wines that celebrate the classic varietals of the Veneto region. This Pinot Grigio is sourced from select vineyards within the Delle Venezie DOC, where the terroir is heavily influenced by the cooling breezes of nearby Lake Garda and the protective Alpine foothills. These unique climatic conditions allow the grapes to ripen slowly, preserving their vibrant natural acidity and delicate aromatics. Fermented and aged entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, this wine avoids any oak contact to showcase the pure, unadulterated essence of the grape, resulting in a crisp, dry white characterized by bright notes of green apple, golden pear, and subtle white wildflowers.
