Crafted by the legendary Antinori family, whose winemaking heritage in Tuscany spans over six centuries, Capsula Viola is a beloved, vibrant expression of everyday Tuscan white wine. Historically designed to be fresh, approachable, and highly convivial, its name translates to 'purple capsule,' a nod to its distinctive, colorful closure. This wine is typically a blend of Trebbiano Toscano and Chardonnay, fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, crisp character. Free from oak influence, it captures the sunny, breezy terroir of Tuscany, offering delicate aromas of white flowers, green apples, and citrus. Marchesi Antinori er et af verdens mest traditionsrige og indflydelsesrige vindynastier med rødder, der går helt tilbage til 1385, hvor Giovanni di Piero Antinori blev optaget i det florentinske vinmagerlaug. Gennem mere end 26 generationer har familien forenet en dyb respekt for toscansk vintradition med modig nytænkning – ikke mindst som afgørende drivkraft bag Supertoscaner-revolutionen i slutningen af det 20. århundrede.
