Named in honor of the iconic cypress trees that elegantly line the rolling hills of the Tuscan landscape, Cipresseto is a vibrant testament to the Antinori family's centuries-old winemaking legacy. Crafted primarily from Sangiovese alongside complementary red varieties, this Rosato Toscana IGT captures the breezy, sun-drenched essence of Tuscany. The grapes undergo a gentle, brief maceration on the skins to achieve its signature soft pink hue, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, aromatic profile. Free from oak influence, it offers a pure expression of fresh red berries, wild strawberries, and delicate floral notes, embodying the joyful, relaxed spirit of Italian summer dining.

Marchesi Antinori is one of the world's most storied winemaking dynasties, tracing its commercial viticultural heritage to 1385 when Giovanni di Piero Antinori matriculated into Florence's Arte dei Vinattieri. Spanning twenty-six generations, the family revolutionized modern Italian viticulture under Marchese Piero Antinori and legendary enologist Giacomo Tachis, catalyzing the Super Tuscan revolution with the pioneering release of Tignanello in 1971.
