✨ wine.spec_sheet
Crafted from 100% Brachetto grapes grown in the La Rosa vineyard within the historic town of Acqui Terme in Piedmont, Italy, Banfi's Rosa Regale is a legendary sparkling sweet red. According to historical lore, both Julius Caesar and Marc Antony presented gourds of this aromatic, aphrodisiac nectar to Cleopatra to win her favor. Banfi revitalized this ancient style using the Charmat method to capture the grape's natural, intense aromas of wild strawberries, fresh raspberries, and Bulgarian red roses. The clay and silt soils of the Piedmont hills impart a delicate minerality that perfectly balances the wine's natural sweetness and soft, persistent effervescence.
