Crafted by the legendary house of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Berger Baron Rouge is a classic testament to the art of Bordeaux blending, designed to bring the spirit of the region to everyday tables. The name itself playfully bridges two worlds—'Berger' (shepherd) representing the rustic, pastoral roots of the land, and 'Baron' honoring the noble winemaking heritage of the Rothschild family. This approachable red is typically dominated by Merlot, which provides a plush, fleshy core of red plums and cherries, complemented by the structure and subtle spice of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Sourced from selected vineyards across Bordeaux, the grapes undergo traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve their vibrant fruit character and soft, round tannins, resulting in an elegant, easy-drinking style that honors its prestigious lineage.

Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A. blev grundlagt af Baron Philippe de Rothschild og har hjemsted i Pauillac i Bordeaux – en af verdens mest berømte vinregioner.
