Established in Chile in the late 1990s, the legendary Bordeaux family sought to express the pure varietal character of classic grapes in this South American paradise. This Chardonnay is sourced from selected vineyards where the cooling breezes of the Pacific Ocean and the majestic Andes Mountains temper the valley heat, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and retain their natural acidity. The wine is crafted using meticulous temperature-controlled fermentation, with a portion of the blend undergoing aging in oak barrels to impart a subtle creaminess, structure, and delicate notes of vanilla to the vibrant tropical and citrus fruit profile. It stands as a testament to the family's global vision of quality and elegance.
