Crafted by the legendary house of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Enchante Merlot Cabernet is an inviting, contemporary expression of classic Bordeaux winemaking. The Baron Philippe de Rothschild family revolutionized the wine world in the 20th century by pioneering estate bottling and creating accessible branded Bordeaux wines that maintained high quality. Enchante carries this legacy forward, blending Merlot's lush, plum-forward fruitiness with the structured, blackcurrant backbone of Cabernet Sauvignon. Sourced from diverse terroirs across Bordeaux, where clay-limestone soils nurture the Merlot and gravelly plots bring out the best in Cabernet, the grapes are carefully vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve their vibrant fruit character, followed by a brief aging period to round out the tannins. The result is a smooth, approachable red wine that captures the elegant spirit of Bordeaux in a friendly, modern style.
