Typically composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine undergoes fermentation with native yeasts and is aged in French oak barrels. It beautifully marries rich dark fruit flavors of blackberry and cassis with complex notes of crushed volcanic rock, graphite, and wild mountain herbs, reflecting the rugged, untamed beauty of its high-altitude origin.
