A playful and joyous creation from Bedrock Wine Co., 'Sh'Bubbles' is a sparkling rosé named in honor of winemaker Morgan Twain-Peterson's partner, Sarah, whose nickname 'Shub' inspired the moniker. This wine represents a whimsical yet serious approach to California sparkling wine, blending Bedrock's signature devotion to historic, old-vine vineyards with a vibrant, refreshing style. The blend typically draws from ancient California heritage varieties, often anchored by old-vine Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah, occasionally blended with aromatic white varieties like Pinot Gris or Riesling.
