The 'Sherman & Hooker's Shebang' label by Bedrock Wine Co. pays tribute to a fascinating slice of Sonoma history. In the 1850s, before their Civil War fame, Generals William Tecumseh Sherman and Joseph Hooker partnered to plant grapes on what is now the historic Bedrock Vineyard. Winemaker Morgan Twain-Peterson MW created the Shebang line to honor this heritage while offering exceptionally delicious, accessible wines. The Shebang Sauvignon Blanc is crafted in a bright, energetic style, showcasing the grape's vibrant California character. Sourced from thoughtfully selected vineyards, it is fermented primarily in stainless steel to preserve its crisp acidity and pure fruit profile.
