✨ wine.spec_sheet

The Sodini Vineyard Zinfandel is sourced from a historic, centenarian vineyard planted in 1905 along Limerick Lane in the Russian River Valley. Farmed by the Sodini family for generations, these ancient, head-trained, dry-farmed vines thrive in the cool, fog-influenced climate of the region. This unique terroir imparts a signature bright acidity and elegant structure to the Zinfandel, which is often field-blended with small amounts of other heritage varieties like Alicante Bouschet. Bedrock Wine Co. vinifies the fruit using native yeasts and ages the wine in primarily used French oak barrels to emphasize the site's vibrant red fruit, cracked black pepper, and complex forest floor notes rather than heavy oak influence.
