The Fourteenth Cuvee brings together a complex medley of Zinfandel, Carignan, Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Alicante Bouschet, sourced from both younger plantings and declassified lots of Bedrock's prized historic old-vine vineyards. By blending across multiple vintages, Bedrock achieves a consistently vibrant, juicy, and expressive profile that captures the sunny disposition of California viticulture. It is fermented using native yeasts and aged primarily in neutral French oak to preserve its bright, primary fruit character while maintaining a touch of the savory complexity and structure that defines Bedrock's high-end heritage wines.
