Crafted by winemaker Morgan Twain-Peterson MW of Bedrock Wine Co., 'The Whole Shebang' is a masterful multi-vintage red blend designed to offer a delicious, soulful, and affordable tribute to California's historic field blends. The Fourteenth Cuvee brings together a complex medley of Zinfandel, Carignan, Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Alicante Bouschet, sourced from both younger plantings and declassified lots of Bedrock's prized historic old-vine vineyards. By blending across multiple vintages, Bedrock achieves a consistently vibrant, juicy, and expressive profile that captures the sunny disposition of California viticulture. It is fermented using native yeasts and aged primarily in neutral French oak to preserve its bright, primary fruit character while maintaining a touch of the savory complexity and structure that defines Bedrock's high-end heritage wines.

Bedrock Wine Co. blev grundlagt i Sonoma, Californien, i 2007 af vinmageren Morgan Twain-Peterson MW med en dedikeret mission om at genoprette og bevare statens historiske vinmarker med gamle vinstokke. Med udgangspunkt i den legendariske Bedrock Vineyard i Sonoma Valley – som oprindeligt blev tilplantet i midten af det 19. århundrede – hylder Twain-Peterson og hans partner Chris Cottrell Californiens vinarv gennem en minimalistisk og terroir-drevet vinifikation.
