The Founders' Estate line pays homage to this pioneering legacy. Crafted primarily from Chardonnay grapes sourced from select vineyards across California's premier growing regions, this wine is designed to showcase a classic, approachable California style. To achieve its signature balance of bright fruit and rich texture, the winemakers utilize a combination of stainless steel fermentation to preserve vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavors, alongside partial malolactic fermentation and aging on seasoned French and American oak to introduce subtle notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and a creamy mouthfeel.
