Crafted by the esteemed Weingut Bernhart on the border of Alsace and the Pfalz, 'Mol ebbes anners' translates in the local Palatinate dialect to 'something a bit different.' This sparkling Rosé Brut is indeed a delightful departure, showcasing the estate's mastery over Pinot Noir in a sparkling format. Sourced from the region's signature limestone-rich (Kalkmergel) soils, the grapes benefit from the unique microclimate of Schweigen-Rechtenbach. The wine is produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, undergoing aging on its lees to develop a refined, creamy mousse, vibrant red berry aromas, and a distinct mineral precision that beautifully reflects its cross-border terroir.

Weingut Bernhart ligger i Schweigen-Rechtenbach ved Pfalz' sydligste spids klos op ad den franske grænse. Det anerkendte familiedomæne er berømt for elegant at forene tyske og alsassiske vindyrkningstraditioner. Vingården ledes af Gerd Bernhart, som har været medlem af det prestigefyldte VDP siden 2004, og her skabes udtryksfulde, terroir-præcise vine fra historiske parceller, der strækker sig på tværs af landegrænsen, såsom Schweigener Sonnenberg.
