The Harbison Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a tour de force from the eastern bench of the Oakville AVA, situated on a steep slope of fractured red volcanic rock and iron-rich soils directly adjacent to the legendary Screaming Eagle estate. This unique terroir yields incredibly concentrated fruit with a distinct mineral backbone. Winemaker Russell Bevan coaxes maximum expression from this site, utilizing meticulous sorting and cold soaks to craft a wine of immense power, plushness, and textural complexity. The wine is celebrated for its seamless integration of opulent dark fruit, exotic spices, and velvety tannins, representing the pinnacle of modern Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon.
