The 'EE' cuvée—named in honor of Victoria De Crescenzo's parents, Elyse and Edward—is a proprietary red blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Winemaker Russell Bevan employs a meticulous, high-extraction winemaking style, utilizing cold soaks and aging in 100% new French oak barrels to craft a wine of immense power, voluptuous texture, and profound depth.
