True to the house style of Bollinger, this Champagne is crafted primarily from Pinot Noir complemented by Chardonnay, sourced from prestigious Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. Vinified entirely in old oak casks to develop rich complexity and micro-oxygenation, and aged for over a decade on its lees under natural cork, it represents the pinnacle of artisanal Champagne making. The terroir of Ay and the Marne Valley shines through with powerful structure, deep mineral tension, and a signature toasted brioche character.
