Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 1979 film Moonraker, where Agent 007 famously spots a bottle of Bollinger, this rare release showcases the exceptional 2007 vintage. True to the house style of Bollinger, this Champagne is crafted primarily from Pinot Noir complemented by Chardonnay, sourced from prestigious Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. Vinified entirely in old oak casks to develop rich complexity and micro-oxygenation, and aged for over a decade on its lees under natural cork, it represents the pinnacle of artisanal Champagne making. The terroir of Ay and the Marne Valley shines through with powerful structure, deep mineral tension, and a signature toasted brioche character.

Established in 1829 in Aÿ by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, Maison Bollinger endures as one of Champagne's preeminent independent, family-owned Grandes Marques. Its identity was indelibly forged under the visionary stewardship of Madame Lily Bollinger in the mid-twentieth century. The estate controls approximately 180 hectares of vineyards, dominated by Grand and Premier Cru parcels across the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, rooted in deep Belemnite chalk and limestone. Bollinger is celebrated for its Pinot Noir-centric architectural style, championing vinification in seasoned oak barrels, magnum reserve aging under natural cork, and extensive cellar maturation before disgorgement.
