Bollinger Rosé is a masterclass in structure and elegance, modeled closely after the house's iconic Special Cuvée. Introduced in 2008 as a permanent addition to the portfolio, it represents a seamless blend of traditional Champagne craftsmanship and Bollinger's historic mastery of Pinot Noir. The secret to its distinctive character lies in the addition of 5% to 6% of still red wine, crafted from legendary grand cru plots in Aÿ and Verzenay, including the famed La Côte aux Enfants. This addition infuses the blend with a delicate bronze-pink hue and a refined, vinous depth. Fermented in seasoned oak casks and aged on its lees for more than twice the appellation's requirement, the wine incorporates a high proportion of reserve wines, some aged in magnums under cork. The result is a highly complex rosé with notes of red berries, toasted brioche, and a signature creamy texture.

Champagne Bollinger blev grundlagt i 1829 i Grand Cru-landsbyen Aÿ af Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin og Jacques Bollinger og regnes i dag blandt de mest agtede og traditionsrige familieejede huse i Champagne. Huset bygger på et kompromisløst fokus på håndværk og udmærker sig især ved konsekvent fadgæring på egetræsfade, eget bødkeri og en usædvanlig lang lagring i kældrene under naturkork. Pinot Noir udgør den kraftfulde og strukturerede rygrad i husets stil og hentes primært fra Bollingers egne, omfattende parceller i Premier og Grand Cru-marker. Bollinger er verdenskendt for sine fyldige og komplekse cuvéer, der spænder fra signaturvinen Special Cuvée og årgangschampagnen La Grande Année til den legendariske R.D. samt den sjældne, rodægte Vieilles Vignes Françaises.
