Named in honor of Cecil John Rhodes, who purchased Boschendal in 1897 and helped revitalize the estate after the devastating phylloxera epidemic, this reserve-tier Shiraz is a tribute to a transformative era in South African viticulture. Sourced from premium vineyard parcels across the Coastal Region, the wine reflects the unique terroir where warm sunshine is tempered by cooling ocean breezes. It is crafted using traditional fermentation methods followed by extensive maturation in French oak barrels.
