Boschendal's Le Bouquet is a celebrated off-dry white blend that captures the vibrant, aromatic essence of South Africa's Coastal Region. This historic estate, with roots dating back to 1685, crafted Le Bouquet to showcase a lighter, more playful side of its winemaking heritage. The wine is renowned for its delicate floral perfume and luscious tropical fruit profile, a sensory tribute to the lush, blooming gardens that surround the historic Cape Dutch manor house. By utilizing cool fermentation techniques in stainless steel tanks, the winemakers preserve the natural sweetness and bright, clean fruit characteristics of the grapes, resulting in a beautifully balanced, refreshing wine with a clean, off-dry finish.

Boschendal blev grundlagt i 1685 af den franske huguenot Jean le Long og er en af Sydafrikas ældste og mest prestigefyldte vingårde. Ejendommen ligger smukt placeret mellem Franschhoek og Stellenbosch med de dramatiske bjerge Groot Drakenstein og Simonsberg i baggrunden. Vingården er dybt forankret i den traditionelle hollandske Cape Dutch-arkitektur og arbejder kompromisløst med regenerativt landbrug, biodiversitet og bæredygtig vindyrkning på tværs af et væld af forskellige jordbundstyper og mikroklimaer. Boschendal er berømt for sine banebrydende Méthode Cap Classique-mousserende vine samt den anmelderroste 1685-serie. Huset mestrer alt fra sprøde Sauvignon Blanc-vine og komplekse, lagdelte Chardonnay-fortolkninger til elegante, strukturerede rødvine på Shiraz og Cabernet-blends. Hver enkelt aftapning indfanger Western Capes levende terroir og historiske dybde med formidabel balance, raffinement og et tidløst lagringspotentiale.
