The Cap Classique Brut Rosé is crafted in the traditional method, undergoing a secondary fermentation in the bottle to produce its fine, persistent mousse. Sourced from cool-climate vineyards across the Western Cape, the grapes benefit from maritime breezes and ancient, well-drained soils that preserve the bright natural acidity essential for premium sparkling wine.
