Bouchard Pere et Fils Blanc represents the classic introduction to the legendary estate's white Burgundy portfolio. Sourced from carefully selected parcels across the region, this Chardonnay is crafted to showcase the vibrant, fresh, and elegant side of the varietal. The winemaking team utilizes a combination of stainless steel vats to preserve the bright fruit and crisp minerality, along with a portion of French oak barrel aging to impart a delicate roundness and subtle spice. Historically, these regional wines benefit from the same meticulous care and centuries of expertise that the house applies to its Grand Cru holdings, offering an accessible taste of Burgundian terroir aged in the historic cellars of the Chateau de Beaune.

Bouchard Père & Fils blev grundlagt i 1731 af Michel Bouchard og er et af Bourgognes ældste og mest agtede vinhuse, med base i det historiske Château de Beaune fra det 15. århundrede. Gennem næsten tre århundreders omhyggelige opkøb har vinhuset opbygget en enestående mosaik af vinmarker, som i dag dækker omkring 130 hektar i Côte d'Or, herunder en lang række prestigefyldte Grand Cru- og Premier Cru-parceller. Husets filosofi bygger på parcel-for-parcel-vinificering og en nænsom fadlagring i de underjordiske fæstningskældre, hvilket bringer de enkelte climats subtile nuancer frem i lyset.
