✨ Tekniske specifikationer
Crafted in the heart of Spain's legendary Rioja region, Campo Viejo Gran Reserva is a testament to the time-honored art of patient aging. Founded in 1959 by José Ortigüela, the winery has long bridged the gap between historic tradition and contemporary expression. This classic blend is dominated by Tempranillo, supported by Graciano and Mazuelo, sourced from the diverse soils of Rioja. In accordance with strict Gran Reserva regulations, the wine undergoes a slow, deliberate maturation process, spending at least two years in oak casks—primarily American oak, which imparts signature notes of vanilla, sweet spice, and coconut—followed by a minimum of three years refining in the bottle. The result is a complex, silky, and deeply aromatic red that embodies the soul of Rioja's winemaking heritage, showcasing savory leather, dried plum, and balsamic undertones.
