Canard-Duchêne Rosé is a classic expression of Pinot-driven Champagne crafted in the village of Ludes, situated on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims. Utilizing the traditional assemblage method, a portion of still red wine crafted from Pinot Noir is blended into a base cuvée composed primarily of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, balanced with Chardonnay for finesse and freshness. The resulting wine offers delicate notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant, subtle citrus zest, and a touch of warm brioche, underpinned by crisp acidity and fine, persistent bubbles.

Founded in 1868 by barrel-maker Victor Canard and winemaker Léonie Duchêne, Canard-Duchêne is located in the historic village of Ludes within the heart of the Montagne de Reims in Champagne, France. Today part of Groupe Thiénot, the house is celebrated for its deep historical roots and its privilege of displaying the Russian Imperial Crown as its emblem.
