✨ Technical Specifications

The name 'Juculano' derives from the Sicilian word for playful or jovial, perfectly capturing the lively and carefree spirit of this sparkling white wine. Crafted by Cantine Nicosia, this frizzante showcases Catarratto, one of Sicily's most ancient and cherished indigenous white grape varieties. Grown in organic vineyards under the intense Mediterranean sun and cooled by gentle sea breezes, the grapes undergo a short secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks (Charmat method) to preserve their vibrant primary characteristics. The resulting wine is a celebration of Sicilian hospitality, offering a bright, refreshing profile marked by citrus blossoms, green apple, and a distinct mineral undertone reflective of the island's rich soils.
