✨ wine.spec_sheet

Sourced from the fertile, dark volcanic sands of Monte San Nicolò, an ancient extinct crater on the southeastern slopes of Mount Etna, this organic white wine is a pure expression of its dramatic terroir. Situated at an altitude of approximately 550 meters above sea level, the vineyards benefit from extreme diurnal temperature shifts and intense Sicilian sunshine. The Nicosia family cultivates these high-altitude slopes using certified organic farming methods, ensuring the preservation of the delicate volcanic ecosystem. The wine is crafted primarily from indigenous grapes that thrive in this mineral-rich soil, yielding a profile defined by striking salinity, vibrant citrus notes, and a distinct smoky, flinty undertone that reflects the fiery heritage of the volcano.
