The Sosta Tre Santi line pays homage to a cherished local legend in Trecastagni, where the three patron saints—Alfio, Filadelfo, and Cirino—stopped to rest during their arduous journey. Crafted on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, this Millesimato Metodo Classico Rosé is a brilliant expression of Nerello Mascalese, the region's noble red grape. Grown in fertile, mineral-rich black volcanic soils at high altitudes, the grapes benefit from dramatic diurnal temperature shifts, preserving their vibrant acidity. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by an extended maturation on its lees for at least 20 months. This traditional method coaxes out complex autolytic notes while maintaining the wild strawberry, pomegranate, and distinct volcanic minerality that define Etna's unique terroir.
