Named in honor of the mighty Mount Etna, Vulka Bianco is a vibrant tribute to the volcanic soils from which it springs. Grown on the mineral-rich slopes of Europe's most active volcano, this white blend captures the raw energy of the terroir. The vines thrive in dark, fertile volcanic sands at high elevations, where extreme diurnal temperature swings lock in bright acidity and complex aromatics. Crafted from the indigenous Carricante and Catarratto grapes, the wine undergoes gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its pristine fruit character and distinct smoky, saline minerality. It represents a modern expression of Sicily's ancient winemaking heritage, shaped by fire and wind.
