Named 'Vulka' to honor the primordial force of Mount Etna, Europe's most active volcano, this rosato is a vibrant expression of high-altitude volcanic viticulture. Grown in the dark, mineral-rich volcanic sands on the slopes of the volcano, the vines are exposed to extreme diurnal temperature shifts that lock in aromatic complexity and fresh acidity. The wine is crafted primarily from the noble indigenous Nerello Mascalese grape, subjected to a brief cold maceration on the skins to extract its signature pale pink hue. This process coaxes out delicate wild berry and floral aromas, underpinned by a distinctive, flinty minerality that reflects the fiery soul and ancient soils of its Sicilian homeland.
